In partnership with cutting edge composite engineering companies, our team has set up a real bike hospital that can make wonders.
The first step is the thorough analysis of the damage to assess whether the frame can be brought back to its original condition. In case of a positive evaluation, we proceed – in an entirely manual fashion- with the sanding. We then apply layers of model specific carbon and resins to form a seamless finish.
A test for flexibility and durability completes the process.
The frame is now ready to be repainted and hit the road again!
